The Senior Environmental Corp at Center in the Park (CIP) is a dynamic program dedicated to engaging older adults in environmental stewardship and community service. Founded as part of the nationally accredited non-profit senior community center in Northwest Philadelphia, we aim to empower seniors to contribute positively to the environment while fostering personal growth and social connections.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote environmental awareness and action among older adults, providing them with opportunities to engage in meaningful volunteer work that benefits both the community and the environment.
